Forest Lakes of Oldsmar

Forest Lakes is a very affordable subdivision comprised of single family homes and condominiums.  The neighborhood is situated north of Rt. 584 in Oldsmar, with properties for sale with reasonably prices.  Monthly Homeowner Association fees are low. Construction of the neighborhood dates from the early 1980s and has continued into the 2000s.  There are many different floor plans ranging from 915 to 3,100 sq. ft. for 2 bed/2 bath condominiums to 4 bed/3.5 bath single-family houses.  Condominiums and most of the homes do have in-ground swimming pools.  The subdivision also features a community pool, and tennis and racquetball courts, and is close to schools and parks, as well as to shopping and restaurants.  The area is centrally located between Tampa and North Pinellas County and Gulf Coast beaches.
